Mise En Place for Pumpkin Pie Spiced Granola :
Equipment:
- Large bowl
- Sheet pan
- Heat proof spatula
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Storage container
Ingredients:
- Old Fashioned Oats
- Pecans
- Chia Seeds
- Pumpkin Pie Spice – store bought or homemade. see FAQ’s below.
- Unsalted Butter
- Maple Syrup
- Vanilla Extract
- Raisins
- Crystalized Ginger
Lets make Pumpkin Pie Spiced Granola!
Prep:
Preheat your oven to 300* F. Measure out the oats, chopped pecans, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice and salt into your mixing bowl. Add the butter to the saucepan and melt over medium heat
Cook:
Pour the melted butter into the bowl with the oat mix. Mix thoroughly and transfer the granola to your sheet pan. Bake for 15 minutes, take it out and stir. Level it out again and put it back in the oven, bake for 15 more minutes.
After the last 15 minutes, Take the granola out of the oven. Add the raisins and crystallized ginger. Mix it in and let the granola cool before storing.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool dry place.. it’ll keep for two weeks and up to one month
Eat:
Eat with yogurt or add milk and eat it like cereal. Try it on top of some caramel ice cream- trust me, it’s delicious!

Every bite of this easy Pumpkin Pie Spiced Granola is infused with the cozy flavors of fall. Warm from the pumpkin pie spice with a little kick from crystallized ginger.
Ingredients
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- Dash of kosher salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted melted butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup crystallized ginger
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300F
- To a large bowl , add the oats, chopped pecans, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
- Add the melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Transfer the granola to a sheet pan and spread it out so its all even and in one layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes, take it out and stir it, level it out again and put it back in the oven, bake for 15 more minutes.
- Take the granola out the oven, add the raisins and crystallized ginger. mix it in and let the granola cool before eating.
