Overnight oats with berries is delicious, nutritious and hands down the easiest way to make sure you start your day off right.

Monday through Friday I have no time for a sit down breakfast, I’m literally up at an ungodly hour just so I can get a workout in and my workouts are non negotiable, then when I get to work its immediately go time… so overnight oats are perfect for me. First off let me just say that I don’t like oatmeal at all. A warm bowl of oats- not my thing but cold overnight oats, hell yea!! I know, I’m weird lol.

There are so many flavor combinations out there. This one by far is my favorite. Its basically a smoothie poured over some oats in a jar left overnight so the oats swell up a bit but they still keep their texture (I hate mushy oats ). Then topped with copious amounts of berries and granola…. sooooo good! Sometimes I add almond butter or nutella, more often than not its nutella lol. I gotta have my daily dose of chocolate so why not put it in my oats 🙂
