These fast and easy cold soy tahini noodles are great for Hangry moments. Half the work is done when leftover noodles are used. The only thing we need to do is make the sauce and slice up some onions. The effort is minimal but it certainly doesn’t taste like it. These noodles pack such a flavorful punch, no one will believe it only takes about 5 minutes to whip up.

I made pasta a couple days before, on this particular day the hangry monster almost got the best of me. We’ve all felt like this before. You know exactly what I’m taking about. That leftover pasta saved lives lol. Even if you don’t happen to have leftover pasta, it’s ok. Boiling noodles takes no time at all. Fyi, these noodles are good hot or cold. Its all a matter of preference 🙂

As soon as I spotted the tahini paste I knew I wanted asian vibes. Tahini is ground sesame seeds. Mix that in with a little soy sauce and garlic chili sauce and you’re golden! Garlic chili sauce is a great way to add garlic flavor and heat to any dish. So do yourself a favor and grab a bottle next time you’re in the supermarket 😉 Hangry moments call for shortcuts but never shortcuts on flavor.
